PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable cosmetic composition in a transparent or slightly translucent and preferably transparent nano- or microemulsion form, with an improved appearance of emulsion even though any nonionic surfactant is used.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition in a nano- or microemulsion form, comprising (a) at least one oil, (b) at least one nonionic surfactant having a HLB value of 8.0 to 14, preferably 9.0 to 13.5 and more preferably 10.0 to 13, (c) at least one compound selected from vitamin B3 and derivatives thereof and (d) water. The cosmetic composition of the present invention has a disperse phase with a small diameter in order for existence of at least one compound selected from vitamin B3 and derivatives thereof. Therefore, the present cosmetic composition can be in a transparent or slightly translucent nano- or microemulsion form. |
