<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object detection device with improved detection accuracy for a specific object.SOLUTION: An object detection device, which is an imaging device 100, comprises: a first determination section 5c for determining whether a similarity level between an image in a candidate region of a specific object image in a frame image and a prescribed reference image which is a determining criterion for the specific object image is equal to or more than a first threshold value or not; a second determination section 5d for determining whether a similarity level between an image in a corresponding region to the candidate region of the specific object image in preceding another frame image than the frame image by the prescribed number of frame and a prescribed reference image is equal to or more than a second threshold value which is bigger than the first threshold value, when the similarity level of the image in the candidate region of the specific object image is determined to be equal to or more than the first threshold value; and an image region specify section 5f for specifying the candidate region of the specific object image corresponding to the corresponding region in the frame image which is determined to have a similarity level equal to or more than the second threshold vale as an image region of the specific object image.</p> |
