METHOD FOR CONTROLLING TRANSMISSION OF BUFFER STATUS REPORT, USER DEVICE, AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

In this method for controlling the transmission of a buffer status report: the execution of inter-site uplink carrier aggregation is set-up on the network side on the basis of the buffer pileup amount of a user device that communicates with a first wireless base station under the service of the first wireless base station and/or the quality of a cell being served by a second wireless base station which is different from the first wireless base station; the first wireless base station notifies, to the user device, the set-up of the inter-site uplink carrier aggregation; and, triggered by the set-up of the inter-site uplink carrier aggregation, the user device transmits a buffer status report to the second wireless base station.
