<p>Disclosed is a suction-type, counting-model screw alignment machine, comprising: a base (1), a blanking-type roller apparatus (2), an adjustable track apparatus (3), a flat-feed sliding rail type apparatus (4) and a control apparatus, wherein the blanking-type roller apparatus (2) is mounted on the base (1), and comprises a blanking apparatus (21), a feed apparatus (22), a feed plate (23) and a drive motor (24), with the blanking apparatus (21) being connected to the feed apparatus (22), the feed plate (23) being disposed inside the feed apparatus (22), and the feed apparatus (22) being connected to the drive motor (24) via a feed transmission apparatus (26). The width of a slot of an adjustable guide rail in the screw alignment machine can be adjusted at will according to the specifications of the screw element, without the guide rail needing to be replaced, which is simple and convenient, increases the operational universality of the equipment, and effectively reduces machine jamming during the operating process, increasing working efficiency.</p> |
