<p>Provided are an inter-base-station cooperation method, base station and operation and management (OAM) system, the method comprising: a first base station acquires second capability interaction information indicating the cooperation capability of a second base station (310); and the first base station establishes a cooperation relationship with the second base station according to the cooperation capabilities of the first and second base stations (320), the cooperation capability representing the supported inter-base-station cooperation capability. The embodiment of the present invention acquires, via a first base station, the second capability interaction information indicating the cooperation capability of a second base station, such that the first base station can establish a cooperation relationship with the second base station according to the cooperation capabilities of the first and second base stations, thus realizing the cooperation between base stations.</p> |
