A boiler system using a fuel cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a boiler installed in a house or a building and the like; a fuel cell for generating electricity and reaction heat by an electrochemical reaction of fuel and oxide; a storage tank for storing the reaction heat, which is generated in the fuel cell and collected through a fluid; a heating line buried in the indoor floor of the house or the building and the like; a hot water line connected to provide hot water to a washroom or a kitchen of the house or the building and the like via the boiler and the storage tank when water is supplied from the outside; and an integrated suction and exhaust pipe enabling at least two of at least one first exhaust line and at least one first suction line of the boiler, and at least one second exhaust line and at least one second suction line of the fuel cell to be connected and commonly used.
