PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a turn waiting management system which gives more satisfaction to a person staying for a long time in a waiting area.SOLUTION: A turn waiting management system includes: a management unit which manages a turn to provide a service regarding a user seeking for the service; and an identification unit which identifies a user staying in a predetermined waiting area. The identification unit identifies a state in which a user stays in the waiting area, to find an absence time during which the user is not present in the waiting area. The management unit adjusts the turn to provide the service on the basis of at least either the length of the absence time or the waiting area. |
