PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device that eliminates the need for curl parts formed at slats of a conventional shutter curtain and suppresses generation of contact sound due to contacting between slats even when an opening/closing action of a shutter curtain causes the shutter curtain to vibrate.SOLUTION: There is provided a shutter device including guide rails which are provided between opening parts and are opposite each other and a shutter curtain which is provided to be wound and unwound along lengths of the guide rails. The shutter curtain includes a plurality of slats which extend between the guide rails and slat retaining means having a plurality of pocket parts which are formed of a sheet and into which the plurality of slats can be inserted, the plurality of slats being connected along the lengths of the guide rails while inserted into the pocket parts. |
