PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having such a structure as to be capable of easily curing a photocurable resin, and method for manufacturing the display device.SOLUTION: A display device 100 includes: a display 2; a transparent body 1 positioned on the display side of the display 2; a photocurable resin 4 positioned between the display section 2 and the transparent body 1; and a light guide 5 which guides light emitted from the rear face side of the display 2, and emits the guided light toward a space between the display 2 and the transparent body 1. A method for manufacturing a display device 100 includes: a step of preparing the display 2 in which the transparent body 1 is arranged on the display side while sandwiching the photocurable resin 4 in an uncured state; and a light irradiation step of emitting light to the light guide 5 from the rear face side of the display 2. The light guide 5 guides the emitted light and emits the guided light toward a space between the display 2 and the transparent body 1, and cures the photocurable resin 4 with the light emitted from the light guide 5. |
