PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently switch over between a maintenance state and the other state (an image recording state or a manual operation state) with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An image recording device 1 includes: a first guide mechanism 6 that guides a print head 36 to move between a maintenance position Ph2 at which the print head 36 is located at a position different from a position of a support member 30 in a second direction Dp orthogonal to a first direction Df in which the print head 36 and the support member 30 at an image recording position Ph1 face each other, and the image recording position Ph1; and a second guide mechanism 7 that guides a maintenance unit 5 to move between a retreat position Pm2 distanced from the print head 36 at the maintenance position Ph2 in a third direction Dv orthogonal to the second direction Dp, and a maintenance position Pm1 closer to the print head 36 than the retreat position Pm2. |
