PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing capable of preventing a content sealed in a container from leaking out even when heating the content.SOLUTION: The packing is provided in a lid body to seal an opening of the container, and contains a resin foam containing a polyolefin having a melting point of 105°C or more. At least one surface has a center line average roughness Ra of 3.8 μm or less, and the maximum height Rmax is 36.6 μm or less.
