<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive heating means in which corrosion control is applied, which is easily contacted, and in which safety is secured when a coating is bored.SOLUTION: Electric heating means has at least one resisting means and at least one contacting means. The contacting means has a conduction strand 55. The conduction strand has a core strand 52. The core strand is made of copper as a component and has a coating. The coating covers at least a part of the core strand. The coating is implemented as a conduction skin 54 which electrically combines the core strand 52 with at least one heating resistance.</p> |
