<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuning-fork type crystal resonator chip capable of preventing properties thereof from being affected, by shapes of grooves formed on legs of the tuning-fork type crystal resonator chip.SOLUTION: A tuning-fork type crystal resonator chip 2 is formed of crystal pieces having crystal orientations. The tuning-fork type crystal resonator chip 2 includes: a base 5; and a first leg 41 and a second leg 42 which are a pair of legs protruding from the base 5 in one direction. Grooves 45 are formed on each of the first leg 41 and the second leg 42 so as to be deviated with respect to a center of the first leg 41 or the second leg 42 in a width direction. A lowest point 453 of each groove 45 is arranged at a center of the groove 45 in a width direction thereof (in the width direction of the first leg 41 or the second leg 42) when viewed from an end surface of the first leg 41 or the second leg 42 in the width direction.</p> |
