<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device with enhanced convenience, a control method for the electronic device and a program for the electronic device.SOLUTION: The electronic device according to one embodiment comprises: a reception section for receiving a broadcast signal; a metadata storage section for storing metadata of the broadcast signal; an information acquisition section for acquiring information for identifying an event name of an event including a plurality of games and a schedule for the games on the basis of a keyword; a game list generation section for generating a game list of the plurality of games in the event on the basis of the information; a retrieval section for retrieving the metadata from the metadata storage section on the basis of the event name corresponding to a game on the game list and the schedule for the games; and a screen generation section for generating a screen including program information about a program in which the game is broadcast on the basis of the retrieved metadata.</p> |
