<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems on generation of wind noise and need of usage of a motor of large driving torque to drive an auxiliary vertical wind direction plate when the auxiliary vertical wind direction plate is disposed on a face extended from a first upper wall portion.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes a blower fan 3, a vertical wind direction plate 6, and an auxiliary vertical wind direction plate 7 turnably supported at an upper part of the vertical wind direction plate 6, and an upper wall portion 15 of an air flow channel has a first upper wall portion 16 inclined downward to a front part, and a second upper wall portion 17 disposed to expand the air flow channel at a front part of the first upper wall portion 16. The auxiliary vertical wind direction plate 7 is turnable within a vertical range including a face S extended from the first upper wall portion 16, and a turning speed at a time when the auxiliary vertical wind direction plate 7 is positioned on the face S (rangeβ), is slower than that at a time when the auxiliary vertical wind direction plate 7 is positioned above the face S (rangeα).</p> |
