<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connecting device less influenced by assembly tolerance with a simple structure capable of being fastened to an external pipe in a state in which a flexible tube is connected, and a pipe connecting method.SOLUTION: A pipe connecting device 100 includes: a flexible tube 110 that includes a fixed portion 111 protruding from an outer circumferential surface; a first joint 120 connected to the flexible tube 110 by engaging one end thereof to the fixed portion 111 so that the first joint 120 can rotate relatively to the flexible tube 110; a second joint 130 including a first screw 131 screwed with the first joint 120 on an outer circumferential surface, including a second screw 133 connected to an external pipe on an inner circumferential surface, and formed to rotate as the first joint 120 rotates in a state of being fastened to the first joint 120; and a seal member 140 compressed by inserting the flexible tube 110 into the second joint 130, and arranged between the inner circumferential surface of the second joint 130 and the outer circumferential surface of the flexible tube 110.</p> |
