The present invention relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are a remote wakening method, device and system, which enable remote control of the start of robot components. The method of the present invention comprises: a control terminal sending a message comprising a wakening instruction to a robot proxy server through a calling terminal network device, so that the robot proxy server sends the wakening instruction to a robot through a called terminal network device, wherein the message comprising the wakening instruction at least comprises an identification of the robot, and the wakening instruction is used for instructing the robot to start at least one component, in a shut-down state, of the robot. The embodiments of the present invention are mainly used in a remote wakening process of the robot components in a robot proxy service.
