HETERODIMERIZED POLYPEPTIDE

The present inventors have succeeded in the production of a heterodimerized polypeptide having an Fc region that is composed of two polypeptides (i.e., a first polypeptide and a second polypeptide) comprising different amino acid sequences from each other. Thus, a heterodimerized polypeptide having an Fc region and having an improved function compared with that of a homodimer having an Fc region composed only of the first polypeptide or a homodimer having an Fc region composed only of the second polypeptide, which are the conventional techniques, can be produced successfully.
