摘要 <p>A high-voltage direct current rectifying module comprises a bus input capacitor, a chopping tube, a leading tube, and a lagging tube. The bus input capacitor comprises a first capacitor (C1), a second capacitor (C2), a third capacitor (C3), and a fourth capacitor (C4), the first capacitor (C1) and the second capacitor (C2) being connected in series and then connected to the first end and the second end of the positive and negative bus, and the third capacitor (C3) and the fourth capacitor (C4) being connected in series and then connected to the first end and the second end of the positive and negative bus, to form parallel connection. The chopping tube, the leading tube, and the lagging tube each comprise an MOS tube. The first end of the chopping tube is connected, in series, to the drain and the source of the leading tube successively and in a forward direction, and then the anode and the cathode of the chopping tube are connected to the first end and the second end of the positive and negative bus in parallel, and B point is provided at the middle of the lagging tube. Moreover, the rectifying module is further at least provided with a resonant inductor (LR), a blocking capacitor (CR), a power transformer (TR), and a clamping diode (D3, D4). The dotted terminal of the power transformer (TR) is connected to A point, and the synonym terminal is connected to the first end of the blocking capacitor (CR). The second end of the blocking capacitor (CR) is connected to the first end of the resonant inductor (LR) and the first end of a clamping inductor (LR2), the second end of the resonant inductor (LR) is connected to the B point, to form a dominant power loop. The second end of the clamping inductor (LR2) is connected to the middle point of the clamping diode (D3, D4) to form a clamping circuit. The rectifying module is added with an auxiliary resonant network on the basis of a phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS converter, so as to successively implement a zero-voltage switch of the lagging arm of the full-bridge converter; the clamping diode is added to the primary side, which reduces the voltage spike caused by reverse recovery of the secondary-side diode, and reduces the power consumption caused by RC absorption; moreover, the quasi-resonant technology for the full-bridge PWM three-level ZVS soft switch with the clamping diode is used, which achieves simple control, implements automatic switch between the two-level working mode and three-level working mode according to the output voltage, and has a wider output voltage adjustable range.</p>
