Provided is an automatic analyzer capable of analyses with high reproducibility that achieves a highly precise dispensation and a stable temperature increase in a reagent regardless of temperatures outside the device and fluctuations in the temperature of the water supplied to the device. An automatic analyzer comprises: a reaction disk on which reaction cells, for mixing and reacting a sample with a reagent, are arranged on the circumference and that repeats rotation stops; a thermostatic chamber to control the temperature of the reagent and a reaction liquid in the reaction cell to be constant; a first reagent dispensing mechanism to dispense the reagent into the reaction cell; a photometer to detect transmitted light or scattered light by exposing the reaction liquid in the reaction cell to light; a reaction container supply unit to supply a disposable reaction container for mixing and reacting the sample and reagent; a second reagent dispensing mechanism, with functionality to increase reagent temperature, to dispense the reagent into the disposable reaction container; a coagulation time detecting unit to detect transmitted light or scattered light by exposing the reaction liquid in the disposable reaction container to light; a reaction container temperature adjustment block that has the coagulation time detecting unit and is for controlling the temperature of the reagent and reaction liquid in the disposable reaction container to be constant; a reagent dispensing syringe connected to the second reagent dispensing mechanism with the functionality to increase reagent temperature; and a fluid temperature control mechanism to control the temperature of a fluid in the reagent dispensing syringe. |
