The valve (1) has a valve housing with an inlet channel and an outlet channel. A valve disk (28) is provided in the valve housing and is rotatably arranged about a rotational axis (31). The valve disk influences the connection between the inlet channel and outlet channel of the valve. The valve disk is formed as a rotor (38) of an adjusting drive formed as electric motor. The valve also has a stator (40) of the electric motor for direct driving of the rotor. The stator is connected with the valve housing. The rotor is made of a magnetic material, particularly steel.
