A conveying path i.e. rail track (10), is axially and movably coupled with the tool carriers. Regions of the assembly stations are provided with a lot portion, which is displaceably perpendicular to an axis. An input is coupled to the tool carriers. The rail track comprises a vertical rear wall (12) that is provided with a horizontal base leg (14) and a horizontal top leg (16). A front end of the top leg is fixed to a holding aperture (18).
