<p>A server (10) acquires: information regarding the current positions of navigation devices (50) disposed on a representative mobile object (20) and subordinate mobile objects (30, 40); and the average travel speed, and the temperature, wind speed and wind direction in the vicinity of each current position. A control unit (11): calculates, on the basis of the average moving speed, the ranges that the representative mobile object (20) and the subordinate mobile objects (30, 40) can move from the current position in a prescribed time; corrects the ranges that the representative mobile object (20) and the subordinate mobile objects (30, 40) can move on the basis of the temperature, wind speed and wind direction; and determines a meeting point on the basis of the overlapping area of the ranges that the representative mobile object (20) and the subordinate mobile objects (30, 40) can move.</p> |
