PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radically new cosmetic tool that is excellent in usability for the skin and that can become wholly and structurally ultrathin, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An approximately rod-like grip part 10, and first and second tip parts 11 and 12 provided on both the sides of the grip part, respectively, are made of an integrally molded article. The grip part 10 is formed of an elastomer with relatively high hardness, and the tip parts 11 ans 12 are formed of an elastomer with relatively low hardness. |
