PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report the cause of a communication failure due to a radio wave other than wireless LAN communication.SOLUTION: A communication terminal device 10 having a plurality of channels and performing wireless LAN communication includes: radio wave communication means; switchover means for switching over a reception channel; electric field intensity detection means for detecting the electric field intensity of a reception signal; communication protocol detection means for detecting a communication protocol from the reception signal; by the switchover of the channel of the communication means by the switchover means, analysis means for analyzing a communication failure cause due to a radio wave other than the wireless LAN communication, according to the electric field intensity corresponding to each switched channel and the detection result of the communication protocol; and notification means for reporting analysis result information. |
