<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectrometry method and a mass spectrometry device capable of performing multicomponent simultaneous analysis promptly and easily with a high S/N ratio and a high resolution.SOLUTION: A mass spectrometry method according to the present invention comprises: a sample gas injection step of injecting sample gases with different temperatures obtained by gradually heating and vaporizing a sample into an evacuated vacuum container; an ionization step of irradiating each of the sample gases with different temperatures with a single-wavelength, short-pulse laser light with a nanosecond pulse length in the ultraviolet range in the vacuum container, and causing two or more photons to collide with the samples approximately at the same time, thereby ionizing the samples; and a mass measurement step of measuring a mass of the ionized samples with different temperatures using a mass spectroscope.</p> |
