<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device and the like capable of selecting an optimum photographing mode at startup.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device 1 as a photographing device, which photographs an image in any one of a plurality of photographing modes, includes: a key that starts the portable terminal device 1; a memory 14 that stores the photographing mode at a previous startup; and a control unit 10 that obtains a startup time, obtains the location of the portable terminal device 1, and determines on the basis of at least either the startup time or the location of the portable terminal device 1 whether or not to continue the photographing mode at the previous startup which is stored by the memory 14.</p> |
