<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality of a display device.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a display device comprising: a transparent front side substrate 1 and a back side substrate 2 arranged opposite and away from each other to provide a space therebetween; parallel cross shaped partition walls 4 formed on the front side substrate 1 and the back side substrate 2, and partitioning the space so as to form a plurality of display cells 3; electrodes 5, 6 formed on surfaces of the front side substrate 1 and the back side substrate 2 facing each other; and two types of display particles 7, 8 arranged in the space partitioned by the partition walls 4 and having different colours and different charging characteristics from each other. The manufacturing method includes: filling the inside of each of the parallel cross shaped partition walls 4 on the back side substrate 2 with the display particles 7, 8; then, overlapping the front side substrate 1 on the back side substrate 2 so that tips of the partition walls 4 are abutted against each other; and sealing the peripheral parts of the front side substrate 1 and the back side substrate 2 to each other.</p> |
