<p>The present invention relates to a wireless LAN based digital multiplexer control system capable of transmitting DMX data wirelessly using a 802.11 wireless LAN method or various wireless technologies in a lighting control system. The wireless LAN based digital multiplexer control system of the present invention can solve the existing wiring problem since the system is based on a wireless LAN, and can provide a cheap lighting system by using the 802.11 standard wireless LAN method which can be purchased commercially easily, and enables a console server to transmit data to an individual unibus device directly without a data distribution device such as a splitter, by comprising: a WDMX server for transmitting lighting direction and control data through a wireless LAN card; and a WDMX controller for receiving the lighting direction and control data transmitted from the WDMX server wirelessly and the transmitting the lighting direction and control data to a DMX device connected through a DMX512 port.</p> |
