<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system which does not require creation of a plurality of accounts for a processing object, even when each of a plurality of users performs authentication when using the processing object. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 1 performs the following steps; accepting use application information including a processing object identifier which identifies a processing object; generating a work ID corresponding to the information to output it; storing work permission information including the processing object identifier included in the use application information and the work ID; confirming whether or not there exists work permission information having a work ID when the work ID is transmitted from a terminal device 3; and transmitting a password which corresponds to the work ID to the terminal device 3, using account information which includes a processing object identifier, an account and a password if the information exists.
