<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-luminous road rivet device for a crosswalk, capable of making vehicle drivers surely recognize pedestrians, etc. on the crosswalk to ensure safety of the pedestrians, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In a self-luminous road rivet device for a crosswalk, a plurality of self-luminous road rivets 1 are juxtaposed along a crosswalk 4 where a traffic light 3 is installed. The self-luminous road rivet device for a crosswalk includes: a pedestrian detector 6 for detecting coming and leaving of pedestrians, etc. traversing the crosswalk into and from the crosswalk; and a controller 20 for inputting a signal indicating an operational state from the traffic light and a detection signal of the pedestrian detector 6 and controlling blink of the self-luminous road rivets on the basis of the operational state of the traffic light and the detection signal. In each of the self-luminous road rivets 1, a light emission part for vehicle 5 is provided to face a roadway side while a light emission part for pedestrian 6 is provided to face the crosswalk side.
