PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate operational failure and trouble caused by using a chain. SOLUTION: A slide moving mechanism 10 of this loading space lifting device includes a guide rail 11 attached on a chassis frame 2, a moving frame 20 capable of moving a loading space 3 in the vehicle longitudinal direction and of inclining the loading space in the vertical direction along this guide rail 11, a front cylinder 30 and a rear cylinder 40 having a center trunnion structure. In the front cylinder 30, the tip of its rod 32 is pivoted on a front part 8a of the chassis frame 2, and a midway part 36 of its tube 34 is pivoted on an intermediate part 20b of the moving frame 20. In the rear cylinder 40, the tip of its rod 42 is pivoted on a rear part 3a of the loading space 3, and a midway part 46 of its tube 44 is pivoted on a rear end part 20a of the moving frame 20.
