PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust inclination (turning) with respect to an optical axis, a position in the optical axis direction and the like while achieving simplification of a structure, cost reduction, facilitation of assembling work and the like. SOLUTION: An optical device includes: a plurality of optical units 50 to 80; a unit base 10; a sensor unit 100 which holds an imaging element 102 and is connected to a rear end wall 12 of the unit base; and a first guide shaft 31 and a second guide shaft 32. The unit base 10 has fitting holes 14a and 14b for fixation for fitting and fixing the first guide shaft and the second guide shaft so that the guide shafts protrude from the end wall, and each of the optical units and the sensor unit has a first fitting hole for slidably fitting the first guide shaft, and a second fitting hole for slidably fitting the second guide shaft so as to regulate the rotation around the first guide shaft.
