摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves winding a first set of reinforcement layers (6) on a mandrel that serves as a mold and contains protruding portions. Prefabricated disks (9) are positioned on the corresponding portions. A last set of reinforcement layers (8) is wound above the disks to form a preform. A thermosetting resin i.e. epoxy resin, is injected into the closed mold containing the preform, and the resin-impregnated preform is polymerized. The polymerized preform is taken out from the mold, and bases of blades or platforms of stator vanes (2) are fixed on corresponding disks by thermoplastic welding. #CMT# : #/CMT# The stator vane is made of thermoplastic material or metal. The prefabricated disks are made of metal. An independent claim is also included for a turbine engine rectifier. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for fabricating a composite rectifier of a low or high pressure axial compressor of a turbine engine. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method eliminates the need for attachment elements such as rivets or bolts, during assembling of the vane and inner and outer ferrules, thus assembling the vanes and the inner and outer ferrules in a simple manner, while improving the mechanical strength of the ferrules. The method enables connecting the vanes or the disks and the ferrules by a single operation, thus improving the integration of the vanes during fabrication of the ferrules. The method enables manufacturing the vane and the outer ferrule to generate gain in mass by about 13 percent with respect to a welded assembly between the outer ferrule and the vane.
