摘要 Disclosed are a wireless charging system for a vehicle and a method thereof for charging a terminal (smartphone, iPAD, etc.) of a passenger by using a wireless charger provided inside a vehicle while avoiding frequency interference of a smart key module (SKM). The disclosed wireless charging system for a vehicle comprises: a smart key module which transmits a charge standby signal before executing communication with a fob key for user authorization, and executes communication with the fob key after a predetermined time; a charge standby signal receiver including a wireless charge device, which stops transmission of wireless power when the charge standby signal is received and then retransmits the wireless power, wherein the wireless charge device receives the charge standby signal transmitted from the smart key module executing user authorization; a terminal detection unit which detects a terminal to be charged; a control unit which controls the transmission of wireless power to charge the terminal according to a detected signal from each of the charge standby signal receiver and the terminal detection unit; an oscillation unit which outputs frequency to transmit the wireless power by oscillating according to the control of the control unit; and a transmitter coil which generates an electromagnetic field corresponding to the frequency being output from the oscillation unit.
