Provided is a stud welding device which is easy to control pressing force and welding variables, which is excellent in continuous welding, and which can control pressure in the step of welding. The stud welding device comprises a collet to which a stud is mounted; and a pressing part which separates the collet from a material to be welded and crimps the stud to the material to be welded by applying pressing force if necessary, wherein the pressing part includes an operating rod which is mounted at the upper end of the collet and extends to the outside; and an operating cylinder which is connected to the operating rod to move the operating rod forward and backward using pressure of fluid. |
