A chemical heat storage reactor and a chemical heat storage system that are capable of preventing expansion force of heat storage material molded components from acting directly on a vessel configuring a chemical heat storage reactor are provided. A heat storage material reaction portion 30 is sealed inside a reaction vessel 22 so as to be surrounded by a reaction medium flow section 26. Namely, the reaction medium flow section 26 is formed between an inner peripheral face of the reaction vessel 22 and the heat storage material reaction portion 30. Accordingly, expansion force of heat storage material molded components 40 can be prevented from acting directly on the reaction vessel 22.
