The invention provides an apparatus (10) for endovascularly replacing a patient's heart valve. The apparatus comprises an expandable anchor (30) supporting a replacement valve (20). The anchor has a delivery configuration and a deployed configuration. The apparatus further comprises a seal that extends over the anchor in the delivery configuration and that is bunched up in the deployed configuration.
