The device has a tank made of stainless steel to accommodate food and comprising a lower wall presenting an external face. A cup made of ferritic stainless steel is coupled on the external face and attached to the tank, where the cup has bottom (7) through which the device rests on a cooking plate. Patterns (8) are etched on the bottom, where depth and density of the pattern etched on the bottom are selected for satisfying the requirements of EN-12778for the bottom, and the stainless steel of the tank is ferritic or austenitic.
