In addition, the heating and cooling device for a high efficiency air source heat pump for saving energy according to the present invention comprises a refrigerant liquid injection device; an overload control device; a refrigerant inlet; a refrigerant outlet; and a sub inlet. A compressor, which is connected to an intermediate heat exchanger of the overload control device, is installed in a cooling system. Therefore, when a refrigerant circuit is overloaded due to overheating of the refrigerant or the compressor or due to a problem of abnormal high pressure of the refrigerant, vaporization of the refrigerant accommodated in an accumulator is induced by the refrigerant liquid injection device; or overload pressure of the refrigerant is controlled by the overload control device; or part of the refrigerant passing through the overload control device is additionally injected into the compressor. Accordingly, the safety and performance of the cooling system can be improved.
