<p>The present invention relates to a large area organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the organic light emitting display device includes red, green, and blue pixel areas arranged on a substrate in a matrix form; a scan wiring, a data wiring, and a drive current wiring which define the red, green, and blue pixel areas on the substrate; a red organic light emitting layer and a red electron transfer layer laminated on the red organic light emitting layer formed in the red pixel area; a green organic light emitting layer and a green electron transfer layer laminated on the green organic light emitting layer formed in the green pixel area; a blue organic light emitting layer and a blue electron transfer layer laminated on the blue organic light emitting layer formed in the blue pixel area; and a cathode electrode layer laminated on the red, green, and blue electron transfer layers over the entire surface of the substrate.</p> |
