PURPOSE: An air valve is provided to prevent reaction gas from sticking to a body caused by maintaining internal temperature. CONSTITUTION: An air valve comprises a body (10), a cylinder (20), a control unit (30), a heater pad (40), a cutoff plate (50), an opening and closing plate (64), a return spring (65), a bellows (66), a heater pole (67), and a blocking pipe (70). The cylinder is installed in the body, and operates the valve. The control unit controls internal temperature. The heater pad is installed in the outer wall of the body, and applies heat to the body. The cutoff plate is formed between the body and the cylinder, and prevents gas from discharging to the cylinder. The opening and closing plate is installed at the end of a valve shaft (63), and opens and closes a valve casing (13). The return spring is installed between the opening and closing plate and the cutoff plate to supply elastic force to the valve casing. The bellows is installed at the outside of the return spring, and sealed by the cutoff plate and the opening and closing plate. The heater pole is installed in a rod (62), and maintains constant internal temperature of the valve. The blocking pipe is installed at the outside of the bellows, and fixed to the opening and closing plate. |
