<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a risk of generating defective fastening even when excessive fastening is carried out. <P>SOLUTION: This pipe joint includes a joint body 10 connected to a pipe 80, and a nut 12 attached to the joint body 10. The joint body 10 includes a cylindrical part 20, and an overhung part 22. A projected part 60 is formed in one side out of a face opposed to the nut 12 in the overhung part 22 and a face opposed to the overhung part 22 in the nut 12. A groove 32 is formed in the other side out of the face opposed to the nut 12 in the overhung part 22 and the face opposed to the overhung part 22 in the nut 12. The groove 32 stores the projected part 60, when attaching the nut 12 to the joint body 10, to surround it.
