The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for inhalation comprising glycopyrronium in combination with formoterol and fluticasone; to a process for preparing such compositions and to the use of such compositions for the prevention and/or treatment of respiratory, inflammatory or obstructive airway disease.
