Cross-polarised panel antenna system with variable electrical tilt

The system (1) has two antennas panel units (2A, 2B) comprising TX/RX ports (6A, 6B), RX ports (7A, 7B) and two sets of aligned radiating elements with polarities. Two mechanical interfaces (8A, 8B) are connected to feeder systems (4A, 4B, 5A, 5B) of the radiating elements and to the TX/RX ports and the RX ports of the two antenna panel units. The mechanical interfaces are connected to two remote electrical tilt (RET) control units (9, 10). The RET control units are connected to an operation and maintenance center by two analog cables (11, 12), respectively.
