The present invention relates to an irrigation device control panel controlling irrigation and, more specifically, to an irrigation device control panel composed of a control box including a circuit substrate, terminals, and electric wires inside; an inputting unit formed to input signals to the outer side of the control box; and a display unit displaying the signals inputted by the inputting unit to inform a user of the signals. The inputting unit includes a stop key and an emergency irrigation key. Therefore, the present invention is capable of controlling irrigation by simple manipulation of the control panel; supplying moisture at a proper time when crops need moisture as irrigation starts for the first time when a light amount reaches a preset value by measuring the light amount through the simple manipulation even though the predetermined irrigation time comes; and remarkably minimizing waste of valuable water resources.
