<p>The present invention relates to a novel organic electroluminescent compound and an organic electroluminescent device comprising the same. The organic electroluminescent compound according to the present invention has an excellent luminescent efficiency compared with an existing material. The organic electroluminescent device comprising the organic electroluminescent compound has a high current efficiency.</p>
