A robot teaching system (1) according to an embodiment includes a robot (30), a sensor (33), a screen generator (21b), an adjuster (11a, 11c), and a job generator (11d). The sensor (33) measures measured values relating to operations of the robot (30). The screen generator (21b) generates a teaching operation screen that includes guidance information intended for the teacher. The adjuster (11a, 11c) adjusts parameters for generating a job based on specified values relating to the operations of the robot (30) and input in the teaching operation screen, and the measured values of the sensor (33) associated with the specified values, the parameters defining an operation command including corrections of the operations of the robot (30). The job generator (11d) generates the job in which the parameters adjusted by the adjuster (11a, 11c) are incorporated.
