The present invention relates to a trip device for preventing excessive reflection power in an accelerator high frequency system which can stably operate an accelerating tube and an accelerator high frequency system. The trip device for preventing excessive reflection power according to an embodiment of the present invention generates a trip signal by measuring excessive reflection power due to an arc of an accelerating tube even in a transient state of a high frequency accelerator.
