The present invention discloses a raw oyster for sale which includes a first shell, a second shell and soft tissue inside the first shell and the second shell. On one area of the first shell or the second shell, an incised hole is prepared. A protection member is inserted into the incised hole or seals the incised hole so as to prevent the soft tissue from being damaged from the formation of the incised hole. According to the present invention, the incised hole is formed in advance so that a user can skip the prior process of breaking a side of a shell requiring a cutting device such as a clipper. Therefore, users such as children or the elderly can eat the raw oyster with less effort. |
